Dr. Bellinger is a Regents Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies.

The Office of the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies (OADRGS) administers all clinical Certificate and M.S. programs at the Baylor College of Dentistry. The Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences is administered through the OADRGS and is awarded by the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
